Rémy Cointreau (Paris:RCO) is reminding bondholders about the timetable and procedures for the exercise related to the early redemption option of the OCEANE due on September 7, 2026. This bond bears interest at 0.125% and has a total nominal amount of EUR275.0 million (ISIN: FR0013200995). The OCEANE 2026 is convertible into new shares and/or exchangeable for existing Rémy Cointreau shares.
Early Redemption Process
Bondholders who wish to obtain early redemption of all or part of their Bonds must submit a request to the institution where their Bonds are registered. The request period is from July 26, 2023, to August 31, 2023 (inclusive).
Early Redemption Price and Date
The early redemption price, known as the “Premium Redemption Price,” is EUR110.70, plus accrued interest of EUR0.138375 (referred to as the “redemption amount”). The redemption will be made on September 7, 2023 (referred to as the “Put Redemption Date”) exclusively in cash.
Irrevocable Redemption Requests
Once a bondholder’s early redemption request is validly presented to the relevant financial intermediary, it becomes irrevocable. Rémy Cointreau is obligated to redeem all the OCEANE 2026 included in each request forwarded to the Fiscal Agent.
