As the U.S. stock markets prepare to open in two hours, TKO Group Holdings Inc. (TKO) is showing a promising 8.5% increase in pre-market trading, while United Airlines Holdings Inc. (UAL) is up by 6.8%.
Notably, Ionis Pharmaceuticals Inc. (IONS), Verizon Communications Inc. (VZ), and RTX Corp. (RTX) are all experiencing gains of at least 5%. On the other hand, Brixmor Property Group Inc. (BRX) and Logitech International S.A. (LOGI) have fallen by 11.7% and 7.2% respectively.
Looking at the futures market, the S&P 500 futures are up by 0.06%. However, futures for the Dow Jones Industrial Average have declined by 0.08%. In addition, the Cboe Volatility Index futures are down by 3.10%.
Shifting focus to commodities, Brent crude oil futures have experienced a decrease of 0.89%, while gold futures have increased by 0.18%. Meanwhile, Bitcoin has slipped by 2.28%, currently valued at $38,942.
Furthermore, the 10-Year Treasury yield has climbed to 4.136%.
In the previous regular trading session, the S&P 500 and the Dow showed positive growth with increases of 0.22% and 0.36% respectively. Overnight in Asia, stocks had mixed performance, as Japan’s NIKKEI 225 Index fell by 0.08%, while China’s Shanghai Composite Index rose by 0.53%.
Currently, European stocks are experiencing a decline with the STOXX Europe 600 Index falling by 0.15% and the FTSE 100 Index falling by 0.02% from the previous close.
